Continuous quality improvement and monitoring is ensured by a quality control structure applying the PDCA cycle. This control structure is established, maintained, and improved throughout every business process including product planning, design, development, manufacturing, and shipment.

To meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively Ashimori applies the requirements of

ISO 9001 as well as IATF 16949 to quality management systems.
The IATF 16949 standard was developed with the purpose of unifying automotive standards on a global level (United States, Germany, France, and Italy) and Ashimori Industry has succeeded in meeting the stringent requirements of this certification.
